It was my first time getting service done here in twin Falls I have drive axle oil leaks I showed the picture of my drive axle leak and they tell me straight what’s going on and how the repair process without taking some time to figure it out what’s the problem of my drive axle. My experience in Premier truck group from service department was amazing I felt very welcomed they offer to pay for your ride pick up and drop off. Employees are professional, friendly and respectful it’s my first time I seen a freightliner shop with nice and clean facility they even have a shower for drivers! Most important is they know how get job done well I would highly recommend premier truck group if you’re in twin falls! This is the best freightliner. Thank you primer truck group of twin falls

I had a major problem with my truck. The more we tried to fix the worse it got. In the end Premier took care of me and tried to help with costs. I would highly recommend using them if you are in the area.

This business has always been great to purchase from they have amazing employees super friendly and efficient. There has not been one time I have not entered and not felt welcomed. Joel in front desk is super amazing and friendly and efficient super good at multi-tasking. Have seen him helping myself greeting customers and answering phone calls one after another and still making you feel welcomed. Best part he is bilingual and can help many more from our community and also help the business grow more!!! Thank you all for your great work!!!

Had our truck for two weeks for “parts” truck was supposed to have transmission leak and hydraulic leak fixed. Paid $7,000 and still leaking. Mechanics got grease all over the inside of our truck and now are claiming it’s not their fault and won’t take any responsibility for the lack of repairs and professionalism. Wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and told me to email them.
Very dissatisfied and would never recommend these crooks to anyone.
Horrible attitudes from the help desk and truck still isn’t fixed. Thanks but no thank you.l
Attached are pictures we took with time stamps of when we were told the truck was ready for pick up and how greasy and dirty your mechanics left our truck.
The manager called and his response was to take it to another mechanic to be fixed and he would pay us back for a detailed to come clean their mess up. And there’s now transmission fluid all over our truck after a $7,000 bill to fix the transmission and 16 days in the shop.
We are a local Idaho born company and hoped for better service

For understanding this one star review is not due to direct actions of a single employee in parts. Every one of them has pulled numerous rabbits out of a hat for me whether it was when I was tech, supervisor or now a customer. For that I am very appreciative. They have always tried to make things right.
This is one star review due to that I feel PTG has kept the department understaffed for too long which has kept employees from effectively doing their jobs. Wait times couple with errors in estimates have only gotten worse, since I’ve became a customer. With the amount of volume that goes through the dealership the front counter is over whelmed and can’t effectively support who they need to.
Since I’m being honest the only reason I continue to buy parts is the relationships I’ve built with the personnel, especially since competing Daimler dealers are in my shops area daily.

Initially I was skeptical as I’ve heard bad things about your shop in the trucking community. But, I gave you a try. Ian at the Service Desk was great. I made an appointment with him and he told me the job would be 4-5 hrs. My RV was inside the shop before my ride arrived to pick me up. The job was completed the same day and took 4 hours. I was impressed.

Counter help was very pleasant to deal with. Service was done timely and communication with both the owner and his local representative (me) was through and made necessary decisions easy to make. Great people to deal with.

Pick Up The Phone And Call Your Customer Directly And Don’t Really On Only Emails, And When I Call To Complain About I Don’t Need To Know You Are Short Handed (Staff) That’s Not My Fault You Took In My Truck To Check It Out, I Didn’t Know It Was Going To Take That Long & Cost ? Me $1,300 And Nothing Was Done ✔️ Only Cause You Didn’t Call Me ? To Explain What’s Going On With My Truck When I Asked For A Call In My Email ? I Received After Hours….. So I Was Unhappy About The Lack Of Service I Said I Was Going To Pickup My Truck & Take It Somewhere Else, Then I Was Charged A $20 Dollar Donation On Top Of My Bill, So I Called Back The Following Day And Asked For The Manager To Mention My Poor Service And How Much I Didn’t Appreciate The Rearrangement That Was Done ✔️ Inside My Cab And Nothing Was Put Back Were They Found It, When My Cleaning Lady Comes To My House ? She Doesn’t Rearrange My Stuff In Order To Clean My House, I Expect The Same Thing When I Paid You Guys $1,300 To Rearrange My Stuff, When I Brought This To The Attention Of The Manager, He Was Unaware Of Any Donations Going On In His Store & Would Look ? Into And Call Me Back, Which He Never Did Call Me Back, It Was Rebecca Mansell Who Told Me She Fixed The Credit Card ? Machine For Me To Swipe My Card, Then When She Called Me To Tell Me It Was Me Who Selected $20 Dollar Donation, Before The Manager Told Me He Was Going To Call Back, He Did Say They Have No Plans In Changing Notifying Customers Via Emails And Not By Phone ☎️….. Just With That Information ℹ️ Alone I Wouldn’t Recommend Or Ever Return To This Location, I’m Old School Generation Where We Called Our Customers, If You Employ People WHO Only Know How To Do Computer Work And Don’t Know Anything About How And Engine Work And Operates & Brakes Etc. The Things They Would Need To Discuss With Customers Then Hire People WHO Know How To Explain What’s Going On, I Was Totally Impressed When I First Pulled Up To This Premier Truck Center It Was Huge And Impressive, Then I Find Out They Are Only Five Days A Week ONLY…. I Was Finally Refunded My $20 Bucks, I Asked What That Donation Was Actually For? She Told Me It Was For Wounded Warriors, If I Had Been Told That By The Manager Who Didn’t Know Much About Anything & Rebecca When She Called Me Back Instead Of The Manager Like He Had Told Me He Was, Wish I Remembered His Name, I Hate When People Say They Are Going To Do Something And They Don’t!!!! I Would’ve Kept My Donation If I Was Told Where It Was Going. My Whole Experience Was Horrible, I Just Moved Here From Alaska And Was Looking For A New Home For My New Tow Truck, Instead I Found The Place To Avoid…. That’s Just As Valuable If You Ask Me.
