Josh is the best ever verizon employee we had ever encounter from our 20 years in verizon. Thankyou for being so nice and real and unbiased opinion he is very accomodating, and helpful and honest.He really deserve a 10 star but only 5 is allowed.We definitely recommend him.

As usual Josh was very helpful. He is always so polite to everyone. It's very refreshing to go to a business where the employees are actually willing to assist customers. Customer service is absolutely the best. Before going to Twin Falls to the Verizon store, give this store a try. You will be well taken care of!
