The lady at the front was helping someone but when she was done instead of helping me she answered the phone 3 times and then proceeded to talk to her boss on the phone about her paycheck not being correct. She then ultimately said UPS had already been there so I couldn't leave my package

Was quoted yesterday to box and ship an item at 30 dollars went to the store first thing this morning to ship it out and the lady at the front counter kept pushing me back in line to help other people who came in after me then finally after an hour of waiting patiently she got a foul attitude and said we I guess the other people in line are going to have to wait for me she couldn’t figure out a correct box to put it in so she grabed a huge box stuffed it full of peanuts and bubble wrap which she charged me for and ended up charging more than double what I was quoted the day before when I brought that to her attention she basically said that’s too bad it’s already packed I’m pretty sure I will not be using this business again

Absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved on April 12, 2022. The lady was very rude because she couldn't find a box to fit my other box. Makes no sense. I use this place all the time and have never been treated like this before. Made me 40 minutes while helping everybody that came in after me.
