Don't even call and ask about a part. Trying to finish up harvest and called the parts department about an airbag for a brand they don't sell just wanted to see by the off chance they would have one. I'm not sure I've talked to someone more rude on the phone. I had the part number and all and he didn't even take the time to talk to me just kept repeating, I can't help you were not a Mack dealer, even though I called multiple other dealers of different truck brands and they said we could get one in a few days, even though it wasn't a brand they sell. I wouldn't buy an International or anything else they sell based on this. Not the only experience I've had.

fast, quality and transparent service and communication, I have done many repairs with them and I have seen how hard they work to get me in the shop as soon as possible and get me back on the road fast, while considering the customer’s cost and not carelessly writing down unnecessary labor and parts on my invoice. trust worthy, respectable people. I really appreciate Josh and his amazing team.

Called as I passed the shop for a headlight power issue. Late on a friday. By the time I got back and dropped the trlr. the mechanic had an open bay for me. Repaired and rolling before the coffee got warm. Thanks guys.

They got me in quick charge me a whole Lotta money The lights that they charge me $800 to fix still didn't work and I will seal still leaking. Crazy beware of Rush, truck Center.

When our high pressure oil pump went out on our motorhome Charlotte got us in as soon as she could, got the diagnosis done, and got the part on order. We had to wait a few days for the part to arrive but we got back in and thanks to John and Tim we were back on the road. Everyone was extremely friendly and did everything to get us fixed.

Called them from Caldwell, with NTP warranty info. Charlotte said come here and we'll help you. They put me in and had my water pump replaced and me out the door in less than 3 hours! Amazing folks, great service! I'll definitely go there again!Deb from Valley Express.
