“How the employees treat customers in a very caring way. They don't just do their job they go above and beyond for their customers. Im new to AmeriGas and since day one me and my little family were helped by Lori from the jerome branch she made sure we got the best contract for us and that we could afford it. Also another of the jerome employees from AmeriGas that really made us realize how great this company is was Brent! We had just bought our house in October and the water heater had some problems so we went without hot water in our house for almost 2 months once brent realized we were having trouble financially he personally came down and fixed it for us and now thanks to him and everyone at AmeriGas we will have hot water this Christmas and winter season for us and our baby. AmeriGas is great and so are the employees.”
