Why do they still sell liquor to people who are obviously stumbling in the store and then let them drive them self away and do nothing about it .Don't they have any policies in place for refusing services to customers who are way too drunk ?

Booze. Lots of it. Actually like the variety available and some local offerings like huckleberry flavored spirits I had not seen before. The prices do seem to be a bit higher than what I am used to but I assume it is because these stores are state run.
