“I have had 2 personal loans with them, great service! I have also been banking with them for 5+ years. I have never had any issues, there 1 time my husband took his check in to be deposited, and they deposited it into an account that he shared with his son. I called and three-way his son in on the call and they transferred it immediately.. my only is complaint is their recent policy update for their ATM deposits. They didn't used to hold funds, now they hold it for 3-5 days. Not a fan, so now I have to go in the bank. And that's peopley.. blah.. but that is literally my only complaint.”
