“We had a Bad Coolant leak and stopped here to see if we would be able to get the repairs done ASAP. When we checked in and spoke with Eddie he wasn't to reassuring and we really didn't feel any hope of getting it even looked at. ??????? Finally at 3:30pm Abby walked up and made us feel a whole lot better and reassured us that we were at the right place and would get in and out ASAP. ??????? Within 30min she had come into the lounge and advised us that is was going to Nothing to worry about it was just the Upper and Lower Boots (Hoses) ????? Easy fix and we would be rolling quickly. JD spoke with us also and said Abby would have everything completed within the 1hr. ?????? Thank you so much Abby and JD. Appreciate All y'all do for us Driver's. ???????”

“I just spent about five grand replacing things on my '04 Chevy Malibu to buy more time before the vehicle isn't drivable, but the check engine light appeared on my way to Jerome from Washington after passing Boise. It was the oxygen sensors. There was also a code to repair the sensor or something in the gas tank, but I'm so used to the gas gauge not working that I wasn't going to worry about it. The light went out after replacing the oxygen sensors, and they did it in one day. They did impressive work, and I will return.It's best to just go there to speak with them about repairs instead of calling, mainly because their voicemail is full, and they have difficulties answering the phone. Having only three workers makes it difficult to answer phones.Edit: I forgot something! There wasn't any surcharges!”

I was out of state when my tire blew. they were so helpful and even stayed past their shifts to change all four tires after noting all tires were bad. While waiting outside, Frank brought us some Gatorade. Although it may have been frustrating to stay late, they didn’t show it and were kind, helpful, professional and respectful to the very end. “I had a wonderful experience with Fast Lane. Cameron is very professional and is super nice over the phone. I needed to get a oil change and a tire rotation on my 2016 Kia Soul. I made an appointment with Cameron over the phone and I was able to get in on a Friday morning. They test all of your fluids in your car to make sure its the correct color and take pictures of it to show to see if you want that service done. They didn't do things I didn't want them to do. They do an overall service then you can decide on if you want those services done at that time. I will be coming back to Cameron for all my service needs. Oh, best part too, the prices are very well affordable! I will highly recommend this place to any friends or family looking for and vehicle services.”
