“It was my first time getting service done here in twin Falls I have drive axle oil leaks I showed the picture of my drive axle leak and they tell me straight what’s going on and how the repair process without taking some time to figure it out what’s the problem of my drive axle. My experience in Premier truck group from service department was amazing I felt very welcomed they offer to pay for your ride pick up and drop off. Employees are professional, friendly and respectful it’s my first time I seen a freightliner shop with nice and clean facility they even have a shower for drivers! After calling all the trailer stores in town and have them all tell me that they didn't have anything in stock but they could order something (yeah we all can order something, not helpful), NAPA came through with 3 different options in stock.
