My wife and I own Appliances Etc. We sell new Appliances and Bedding. We occasionally have some used appliances for sale. We have on site appliance repair with over 38 years of experience.

I had my washer in there for a service repair. Its a new washer with no dents or scratches. It took them two weeks to fix the washer, and when we called to go pick it up they told us they disposed of it and when we told them I wanted the money for the washer, they then told us it maybe in the warehouse. When I did get the washer back it had several scratches on all side,one dent, and dog pee, on it. When we brought it to there attention they refused to help fix this problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.
