Unfortunately had to cancel my reservation very last minute due to sickness. However, Jen was extremely helpful and made the refund process very smooth with just a couple emails. Appreciate the quick, friendly, and helpful customer service! Definitely hope to be able to actually rent here, maybe next winter!

They were very friendly from the moment I arrived to rent, we rented 2 snowmobiles which were new and we had an incredible day with my entire family, as well as all the suits and boots. Very friendly and accessible in everything.

This was our first time to ever ride snowmobiles. The woman in the office felt like my best friend. She was so helpful to me and my family and she made sure we had a memorable experience, I recommend this place to anyone ready to make a memory.

Amazing experience! We rented 4 snow mobiles for a group of 6 with a tour guide! Check in and check out process was smooth and everyone was friendly! Steve our guide was great and knew all the trails even took us to Ponds Lodge for lunch! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to rent snowmobiles!

horrible service they allow you to reserve rentals for monday despite the fact that they are closed. more than 400$ to wait in a parking lot for an hour and 30 minutes , if we don't get our refund we will take legal action

We really enjoyed our "side by side" adventure. Your Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. We rode to the Bishop Mountain lookout and the Warm River Cabin---almost 100 miles. Thanks for ensuring perfect weather---just like we ordered!

Reasonable price, good machine (Maverick), friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would rent again for sure. We went to West via the Two Top loop and came back a slightly different way to mix up the scenery. Good route recommendations from staff!Side note: We spent a little too much time stopping and seeing the sights because we didn’t have enough time to eat lunch in West- oops! Glad we packed a few granola bars or we would have been pretty hungry.
