I had a few issues with my booking (I do not reccomend booking through expedia) but Beth at the front desk was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Great customer service, I would reccomend staying here. Thanks Beth!

Great place breath taking views peaceful smells great!!!!..Do not believe a word Scott says he's a negative nobody who lies about in all his reviews I've meet him personally and he's just a mean old lonely man his own family only calls him on his birthday and Christmas...

I will echo what numerous reviewers have already stated. Several amenities promised in our reservation were not included in our stay. It should be illegal to do what these scam artists are doing to people. No hot tub as advertised. No maid service the whole week we were there. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Also, they have terribly slow and unreliable internet.Very weak water pressure in the shower provided. The door to the room didn’t lock correctly. So many problems.

The food here is absolutely amazing. I was super skeptical and upset about the expense but after tasting the food I would have paid more. I loved it was right on the river with a back door to the room that opens right on the river. They are pet friendly too.

This was the first time we stayed in one of their cabins (separate from the lodge). It’s about 20-30 minutes to Yellowstone. We stay 3 nights and paid about $989.00. I don’t mind paying almost $300 a night of its worth it. This place has so much potential to be amazing but needs some work. Great: -Dog friendly -You can stay in the lodge or a duplex cabin. -Right next to the river. Beautiful views. -Reservations were easy to make. Nice lady who helped answer our questions. - Close to Yellowstone -Our cabin had 3 queen beds. Full kitchen, fireplace, porch, washer/dryer, large tv in the living room. -Maintenance will come if your tex the hotel. -Plenty of hot water. Needs some work (why we can’t give 5 Trip Advisor dots): -We felt we needed to call maintenance for a lot of small things (light bulbs out, very dark cabin not enough light in any room, multiple rings missing from the shower curtain, needed a new shower curtain, breaker blew when using the dryer, a plug for the tub, towel hanger broken off the wall, smoke detectors need new batteries, faulty wiring to the air conditioner and hot water heater etc. We only called about one item because we were not there to constantly nag maintenance to get work done. These things could be taken care of with a checklist. Have housekeeping/maintenance go through each week to double check these small things are fixed. -The cabin is right next to the road. Be prepared to hear a lot of road noise all the time.

Amazing restaurant. Hand made pasta is to die for. Excellent wine list and cocktails. The bison cassoulet was our favorite. We dined here each night of the trip. Fresh ingredients. Kale Cesar salad. Something the area is lacking. Great great place!

Great place to stay but stay clear of the restaurant. The food is insanely overpriced and 100% not worth it. The mashed potatoes were way too salty, I am convinced the brown gravy tasted just like packet gravy, the bread appetizer looked like half of a small baguette from Walmart, the fish was dry and overcooked. Our steak came out rare as can be (we asked for medium rare) and when we asked for it to be cooked to our requested medium rare, the cooks charred the outside. The staff were uneducated about their wine list. Honestly, incredibly disappointed. My husband and I ate here 6 years ago and were so excited to come back. Won’t be back again to eat. We ended up going to Last Chance at TroutHunter down the road (about a ten minute walk) twice. The food was reasonably priced and surpassed our expectations after eating here.

Hidden gem! Incredible dining experience. The lodge is nestled along the river with a pet friendly patio. Superb views, the best wine list we've seen in idaho. House made pasta, meatballs are my hubby's favorite. Toasted ravioli was my favorite app. Trout with mashed potatoes with a lemon beurre blanc sauce. We will be back as much as possible.Food & drinks: Best food in IDAHO

I absolutely love this place, the cabins we’ve stayed in are so dang cute and comfortable. All the amenities are in each room perfect and the decorations are amazing fit for the area and feel. The 2 properties are so close to all adventures that island park has to offer. We offer fish box canyon and it’s so close, really cold take the little back road to the canyon or long walk. Henry’s fork of the snake River was right in front of our cabin and that was an absolute treat to see the wildlife, mist, fog, fish and everything you can imagine is here. The property looks like they are doing some updating on the other cabins on the side with the river and then across the street in the smaller cabins those are set just right. It’s the old Hyde fly shop property. If you want something that is home away from home with all the adventures you should consider this place. I love the customer service given and the prompt response we get each time. Self check in and out is awesome and in general the overall experience is fantastic

Love this restaurant and the owners. They're so kind and hard working individuals. They bring something to this area that has a dismal food scene. Whipped ricotta, toasted raviolis. The trout is amazing with wild rice and a buerre blanc sauce. The flat iron was cooked to perfection. Well done! Glad to hear they'll be open this winter. We'll be regulars!
