Kolton, Luis, Justin, Bridger and Rhiley worked incredibly hard and had a great attitude all day. 5 stars isn’t enough for how much of a help this crew was. They unpacked and assembled our furniture with care; there wasn’t a single scratch on our things or the house. When we had questions about the status of our shipment, Tabitha, Jessica and Christina answered the phone promptly and went out of their way to get the information we were looking for. “I use this as my business address. No longer have packages taken from my porch! A big win! The people are friendly and very helpful. As I receive a lot of packages they do have to keep busy just with my work. Their hours are usually business hours (9-6 and reduced hours on Saturdays) and it's easy to make it there to receive my mail. They also offer shipping services if I have a package to mail. I highly recommend them as a mail and package delivery source.”

Shannon was friendly and calm, I was friendly but not calm, she held my hand and walked me through the perils of the eBay and gmail apps to shipping success. I demand Shannon gets a raise! “I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... THANK YOU for all of the customer service that is hard to find in most places today...David Roberts . I am a small business owner and really appreciate this !!!”

“Giving a huge and I mean a huge shout out to Alex. Went in their with my daughter to get a stamp and the manatee ones she really wanted, she didn't have enough money for because they were by the book only. So she had to settle for a plain ol stamp. Today when the mail arrived there was a card addressed to my daughter and upon opening it there was a book of the manatee stamps along with some other stamps. She was over joyed. A big big thank you Alex ... You are wonderful and made her day!!”
