Was kicked out because of my puppy even though he is my esa. The car was on the other side of the mall and the security guard didn't want to let us walk through the mall to the car so he made us walk in the cold to the car. we had been there since the mall opened at 11 walking around and other security and store workers had stopped us and talked to us about him and had said nothing about him. Not a single hand sanitizing station in the mall that's visible or accessible. Not surprised since it's Southeastern Idaho. No sanitizer by entry ways, the "food court", main traffic ways... you name it. Extremely poor and uneducated management decision!

(SCAM) If you go to Grand Tenton Mall in Idaho falls. Don’t go to The NATURAL BEAUTY STAND. They charged me extra money then what my purchase was supposed to be. When I asked for my money back they just gave me an extra soap and said not to have attitude. I told them I want all of my money back. Then they continued to fight with me and said “I can take all of your money out of your account if I wanted to.†I told them I could get the police involved then they “put†my money back on my card. I haven’t seen the money yet, but it usually takes 24 to 48 hours. When I told the mall security cop he said that we were not the first ones to complain about them scamming people, but he could not do anything about it. Do not trust them, nor buy anything from them. Other than that the mall is great.

For a rural Idaho mall, this mall is quite nice. Decent selection of stores, not to huge and overwhelming, decently friendly staff. I'm not a big mall shopper in general, but there are a few select places that are in this mall that I deliberately choose to frequent, despite being able to get most of what they sell online. I go because I genuinely enjoy the shopping experiences at these particular places. Mall of America, you are not, but neither should you be. That kind of grandiosity doesn't belong in SE Idaho. And that's part of why I love living here.
