Not enough tellers to support the demand. It's not uncommon for me to wait for twenty minutes to make a deposit. Plus, as a whole. Wells Fargo is crooked all together. I only go here for a company account.

I love most of the branches I visit but for some reason the senior teller was abrupt and impatient. I can be understanding because it was busy, however, I would expect that educating me in the process would have been more productive than giving flat a no to a young customer

I wish I could leave a zero star rating . I got an email that they’ve closed my savings account. I called customer service they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I should’ve been notified ahead of time if they were closing an account. I should have left this bank years ago . Poor customer service the last few years.

This place is the worst place to have banking highly recommend to use another bank . There customer service is awful . I went through the drive through today . Absolutely no other cars there to deposit and I am told that I can’t go through drive through I have to come In . This is absolutely wrong ? .

Tyson Campbell called to find out how a previous visit had gone for me. Overall it was a good visit but I had a few questions/concerns about what I was told by Megan (the teller). She was doing the job to the best of her ability and knowledge. In no way was this a bad experience with the Megan or this phone call with Tyson.Some of the issues I was concerned about was with Multiple Cash advances on a non-Wells Fargo card or using it at the ATM and possible getting charged by the card issuer. I was not sure if there would be a charge to withdraw money off a non-Wells Fargo card so I avoided it by using an ATM at another Bank in knew would not charge any fees on either side of the transaction. I then had to make repeated trips on multiple days to withdraw and deposit the cash between the two banks.Tyson took the time to listened to my questions and concerns and gave me some good information. He admitted their was a lot of confusion on some of the point that I brought up. He made notes to find out the correct answers or procedures. Thank you Tyson and Megan for your time, professionalism and care to me as an individual customer.

Wells Fargo is a horrible bank.i remember banking with them. I gave them multiple chances and they all were completely failures with their hidden charges. Bank anywhere but wells Fargo.

I keep hoping for a reliable bank but wells Fargo has repeatedly proven me that they are not it. They can never keep a consistent policy.. they messed up my husband and I being able to cash our closing check from the title company and now we can't pay our contractor's that worked on the house.. it's great.. never working with them. Again. We are done.

I would like to start off by saying I've been really happy with Wells Fargo. Every time I drive up to the window, the gal with short hair is beyond awesome and provides an awesome experience. Yesterday I went into the branch to order some euros, it seemed a bit chaotic, granted only two tellers were open. I patiently waited, I was in no hurry. However, I was able to observe how one of the tellers, Nancy, was not having it. Not sure if it had anything to do with work, or personal things. That doesn't excuse how she was treating those she was "helping". When it was my turn, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, greeted her and let her know I needed to order some euros. She didn't inform me of the conversion rate at the time, nor how much I would be getting in return at that rate. She just handed me the receipt and thanked me for coming in, I had to review the receipt as I walked out. I also had to ask if they would call me once it was ready for pick up! Bummer deal I can't order euros through the drive thru window. Maybe the managers on the floor need to observe how tellers handle working under stress. I have other family members who will be ordering euros soon, and I wouldn't want for them to get that service. I told them to drive to a different branch, sorry.
