Poor customer service at the customer service desk. Ignorant & Rude. ( long brown hair, glasses, plus size with a permant frown) very defensive, I was nice but shared a suggestion and she responded rudely, defensive and justified poor customer service. If you dont want to improve or take suggestions. Continue your poor customer service. This is why this store is in the condition it is in.

I'm glad they had sugar free nos zero! I wish they sold it by the case! People were friendly, plenty of parking. bathroom was clean. 5 stars!

I typically not a Walmart shopper but the west Idaho falls Walmart is the best I have ever been in, it's super clean nice friendly employees ready to help out with everything you need.

Go shopping early in the morning my mom is able to get a scooter there is only mostly just Walmart employees and very few shoppers less anxiety for me
