How ? frustrating that you tell me you have my husband's prescription ready in an hour and then tell me you don't even have the medication. I am not recommending you won't get what you need.

They wanted 1k dollars for a 90 day supply. And I even pay for there prescription my Walgreens membership. And Costco wanted 9.77 for a 90 day supply. People please shop around I almost paid that large amount. I'll never use Walgreens again

Do not fill your prescription here. The pharmacy incorrectly filled a prescription for my animal back in December that led to her almost dying. They claim there's nothing they can do locally. The corporate claims process is a mess.

Had meds filled in another state and I left for a trip before I could get it. Made phone call and was answered on 3rd ring and the pharmacist was able to transfer it to this store without any issues.The original Walgreens store hung up on me 4 times each day for three days in a row. Ended up driving to the store and there were 6 people in line and it took about 30 minutes to get waited on.Talk about a world of difference between the two

I now understand why this Walgreens has a bunch of 1-star reviews.I got out of a Dr. appointment and called to find out when the phoned-in prescriptions would be ready. I live out of town, so I said I could wait if they would have them ready within an hour. They assured me absolutely yes. I called in an hour later, and they said nope, not ready, and if I'd get off the phone, they'd be able to do it more quickly. Rude and dishonest.What has happened to pharmacies since the pandemic? In general, they have exactly zero integrity and customer service skills.

Take delivery off of your website!!! You do not deliver!! You are the only ones who do not deliver. I was told it was stopped because of covid, most companies started delivering because of covid. Get your stuff together Walgreens!

The guy who works the register here, probably in his 40s with brownish hair, is such a cheerful and kind person. Great customer service. Treats customers well and great sense of humor. Walgreen's is lucky they found this guy. He's one of those rare personalities in customer service that is actually memorable and makes people want to come back.

The pharmacy here is the worst, they wont actually begin filling any order until I walk in and wait. Was told 20 mins came back in an hour and was again told 20mins basically they won't do anything unless you sit there in person babysitting them. Will be switching pharmacys they are terrible to deal with and have horrible customer service. Definitely not up to the standards I expect from Walgreens.

if you want judge mental customer service please go here. the check out clerk didn’t have to say anything but decided to comment on my clothing and music taste then proceeded to question my mothers parenting abilities? honestly just stay quiet next time cause i’m sure there’s other people that wouldn’t have handled it as calmly as i did.

i don’t ever leave negative reviews because i know mistakes happen , but my experience with the pharmacy was horrible. I made an order online requesting a prescription refill and I called in to verify and the woman who helped me was very rude and acted like I was annoying for calling. I was just trying to ask a simple question about the status of my prescription and she responded with a condescending attitude and said “there’s nothing i can do for you” when my prescription didn’t show up. I tried to explain my situation but I was repeatedly interrupted.I called my provider and they verified it had been sent. I asked the pharmacy tech if it’s not showing up can i please request a prescription transfer from my pharmacy(what my prescriber told me to do) and she repeated the same behavior with no willingness to want to help resolve my issue which seems like it should be an easy enough fix. I was feeling weird and so after she said there was nothing I can do i said “oh ok well thankyou for your help anyways , have a great day!:)” and she hung up on me . SO unprofessional especially for a pharmacy. this is the kind of attitude you expect someone working a high school job not a pharmacy tech who handles your meds. i know mistakes happen and people have off days, but there is never an excuse to be plain rude to people who are simply asking for the status of a prescription THEY paid for .

Came here on June 26th, 2022 with my sister for some cough medicine and few more items for our kids and ourselves because we all had a cold. We got the cashier named ZAIRA everything was good until she asked for my sisters ID she laughed in her face and claimed that it wasn't her in the picture and that we were trying to get her in trouble, my sister is 24 years old! We thought at first she was kidding until she bagged everything except the cough medicine we needed the ID for. I said wait are you serious and she laughed again and said we were lying to her. IDK if this lady needs glasses to see but I would recommend them to her. I said she was ridiculous we were just trying to get some medicine for ourselves and our kids and gave her my ID which she grabbed all rudely. WILL NEVER BE COMING TO THIS WALGREENS AGAIN BECAUSE OF ZAIRA!

I would rate products availability and quality as 4.5 stars. However, customer service from Walgreens regarding incorrect charges for BOGO or buy one get one half off: your rating is a 1 star. Walgreens corporate and Jill, the store manager: a dated receipt isn't enough for you??? Along with your ability to check the deals on that date....you can't resolve the issue. Why? You actually expect your customer to fix a Walgreens mistake by loading the items back up and bringing them back to the store.Ridiculous! Amazon is much easier to deal with than you.
