First off let me say this rating does no reflect the service department!On the 16th of March we decided to shop for a suv we went to this dealership, parked in the customer parking. Went out to look at the inventory. After several minutes there hadn't been any salesman to help us. So we went inside, there were several employees doing nothing, we checked out the suv on the showroom floor, still no response from anyone! We decided to take our business elsewhere. Bought a new Buick at a dealership that wanted to sell a car!

This dealership is awesome. We had car trouble and no other dealership within a very large area would even help us or had time for us. They looked at our car and troubleshooted the problem. Very nice service person. Helpful and nice. Our vacation went from a bad situation to them fixing the issue and rescuing us. Great people on the phone and in person. Highly recommend. You don't see service like this these days. Most appreciative!!

My wife and I wanted to get a truck, but we were overwhelmed. We met with Aaron who was so helpful. He was patient with our decision making process and multiple test drives to find the right one for us. The prices there are fair and customer support is spot on. We will always buy our vehicles from them and would recommend anyone else to do the same! Looking for a truck go see Aaron!

Horrible experience trying to order an Escalade. No communication and then they tried to stuff a bunch of elective monthly charges into the lease without asking us... These guys are sharks... Go to SLC if you love the brand. This dealership is a train wreck.

Mike Nilsson and his group are so great to work with. I have scheduled my car to get minor things fixed a couple of different times now and they completed it in a timely manner. When I schedule a time to come in they really save that slot just for me and I get in and out quickly it’s not wasting any time. I really feel like they value my time.

My car check engine light went on while on a long road trip. I stopped at the Chevrolet Dealership and they said the can't help me until September 3rd. I called a local diesel mechanic and he's booked until September 20th. He suggested that I call Wackerli GMC. Billie and Mike in service were fantastic. They diagnosed my problem and told me how I could drive it home gently. It's a 19 hour repair that they didn't have time to do right then and I didn't have time to wait for right then. I really appreciated all the time and effort they put in to help me understand my options. Thanks a million!

I can't say enough great things about Wackerli GMC! I had an apt to get my car seat covers installed today and everyone I came in contact with was so assertive and sooo friendly. When they were taking my information, Jason asked if I had just bought my car, which I did and I told him so. He said he wasn't sure if the dealer I had bought it from told me, but that I had 2 free oil changes. Uh, they hadn't, so i thought that was cool that he would make sure I knew! It took longer than expected but Jason came and gave me updates along the way. I had to go get my kids from school and a guy with glasses (I wish I knew his name) let me use one of their dealer cars so I could go get my kids. They didn't charge as much as I expected, I'm not sure if it's because it did take longer than expected but it was such a nice surprise! The front desk lady was very nice, offered me water. Had such a great experience, would definitely recommend and will go here for my next purchase!! Thx guys!!
