They LOST all of my home VHS when I gave them slides and film to transfer. LOST. I had a conversation with them about one of the VHS tapes because it was a ballet recital that my daughter had been in. There was some problems with the playback and I explained to them that I understood if that playback wasn't able to be transferred because it was damaged. So I know I gave them all of my family movies. Birth of 4 daughters, firsts, birthdays...
Gone forever.

Trudy did it again she helped us to be able to watch our cherished 16 mm movies (with music) on a USB drive, love this place they made some wonderful cds with great music the last time we used them and a wonderful tribute for my mother's celebration of life. Thanks Trudy and hubby too.

I inherited several old 8mm videotapes when my mom passed away earlier this year, and when I asked the community Facebook page who would be the best at digitizing them, Video Masters came highly recommended by tons of people. Trudy, the owner, was patient, professional & kind during the entire process & answered all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They had everything completed within just three business days & the prices were so reasonable that I thought I’d misheard! My grandma passed away and today was my last day at her house. I was going through some things and found some old home video on 8mm. I needed them digitized to see what was on them, so I called Video Master and explained the situation and how I needed them done today. They got both rolls of film converted with time to spare and charged an extremely reasonable price - I would have paid at least triple. Can not recommend these guys enough, truly remarkable people.

We had a 1 day rush job to convert old 8mm film into digital format and these folks got it to us same day, for an amazing price. The film we got we now get to share with family after a heartbreaking funeral this past weekend. Amazing place, fast, fair, and highly recommended!

Their transferred DVDs of family films/video will not digitize to m4v or mp4. Several conversion programs say the discs are corrupted at various sectors, including most of those I have never played.Obviously they did something completely wrong as other vendor DVD discs I’ve digitized work perfectly, but so far, NONE done by Video Master.
