Megan was amazing. I needed an instrument cluster re soldered and she fixed it in short order. It's getting more and more difficult to find this kind of service any where around. Thanks Megan and thanks Idaho Falls Radio Shack for doing what no one else is doing.

Megan is amazing and a life saver, she fixed a ribbon cable that would have cost $2000 to replace but instead she fixed it for us, I will continue coming back for any of my electronic needs

This place is FANTASTIC! Didn't even though there was a Radio Shack still on the map. Was greeted by the woman manager who was super helpful in explaining what I'd need to extend a pair of USB computer speakers. She then had to go pick up her kid, at which point I was left in the very capable and kind care of John, who proceeded to gather materials and do the repair right then and there, in between an impressive steady stream of faithful customers, each with a different electronic problem to solve. John went far beyond the call of duty with my project, and, the short story is, the surgery was a massive success and I now have much desired greater stereo separation as needed for my space's setup. Thanks again John! Great to meet you.

Best electronics store in town! Helped me and my family out when we were traveling. Had everything we needed and more! Donna helped us find everything and was very nice. Overall great place to find any electronic goods you’d need.

Wow. Amazing place that had all we needed for modifying an EBike charger. We were on the road traveling and Donna helped us out big time!!!! Super friendly place. Excellent customer service and we left with our EBike charger working and a happy set of kids to enjoy their new EBike. So happy we stopped here for our electronics needs.

Ethan was so patient and kind as I rolled into the store. Five minutes before closing time made me feel at ease that he was staying a few minutes late because I did feel bad and overall was just very helpful and finding the product I needed thank you and I’m sorry I kept you late.

Vern’s Radio Shack in Idaho Falls on West Broadway is a hidden gem. There are not a lot of Radio Shacks around anymore and I feel really lucky to have this store so close to us. The store manager is Megan, and she is very talented and understands electronics and all the up to date equipment. Megan is also very knowledgeable about older equipment that a lot of people get frustrated with and throw away. The store is loaded with electronics that you just don’t find in local hardware stores, and they have a lot of RC kits and toys for kids and adults too !!!
It’s a great store!!!
