I called Radio Shack right before it closed. Megan answered the phone, and she would wait for me because I needed a DLS modem. When I got there, Megan got the modem ready, and she was very knowledgeful about the modem as well. She was also funny too. Thank you, Megan, for waiting after the store closed.

Megan was amazing. I needed an instrument cluster re soldered and she fixed it in short order. It's getting more and more difficult to find this kind of service any where around. Thanks Megan and thanks Idaho Falls Radio Shack for doing what no one else is doing. Scott Kelly.

Megan is amazing and a life saver, she fixed a ribbon cable that would have cost $2000 to replace but instead she fixed it for us, I will continue coming back for any of my electronic needs
