Verizon is definitely better than cricket wireless because I feel like I get the better deal especially with unlimited data which is really unlimited unlike cricket wireless and helps me stay in contact with family.

Erin helped us today with my brothers upgrade and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He informed us of every option for the upgrade we were looking for and also helped us transferring the phone to the new unit.
