I have never had a worse experience than i have had with Verizon lately. This store was especially disappointing yesterday when i walked in for some help and left with quite the opposite. The two young gentleman who worked on 10/27/23 honestly shouldn't be working there or for anyone if that is there idea of customer service/support. When i brought in my daughters phone whos screen had just went black. They said what do you owe left on it? Well i think the appropriate thing to say is, lets pull up your account and take a look and see what we can do for ya. They looked at my insurance, glanced at the phone. Tried one button to see if it would turn on, then handed it back and said you'll have to pay the 99.00$ then send off for a new replacement. Go online and fill out a claim, handed back my device. What a waste of my time. I then proceeded to go see the adults over at the main store on 17th in the shopping center. Where some nice gentleman named Nathan listened to my problem, assessed the phone thoroughly , and then filed a claim for me for FREE, to go to ubreak i fix and get the phone looked at. So with all that being said, i went to ubreak i fix and to my surprise, they said the problem was a DEFECT that is common with this device... and it was free of charge for a fix. Those boys need to get there stuff together. those kids working at that store definitely should NOT be taking home a paycheck, if that's the quality of service they are providing.

I don't recommend coming to this Verizon I wouldn't even sign up with Verizon period they fuck people over I had a phone for less then 24hrs came and returned the phone paid the restocking fee they are still trying to put me in collections will not resolve my issue ignore my calls these reps have no idea what they are doing at this store they are a bunch of idiots and when I have tried to talk to corporate about it they told me this is this stores doings but the store will not help with the problem please get rid of this store as they are really messing up peoples life's and think it's funny

I’ve never had a better experience with Verizon than here. I was in and out with a new phone in less than an hour. Joey was professional, quick, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want/need. Highly recommend this location and Joey!
