This shop is so helpful all the way around. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable, easy to work with with. The tow guy are super reliable and help make bad moments a little easier to handle.

I received a $3960.65 invoice from National Car Rental after Jackson Hole Airport had an issue with a miniscule paint scrape upon returning a rental. Jesse Shumway and Valley Collision and Towing was the listed repair facility and provided National Car Rental a 52 Line Item bill. Jesse's comments were, "Not sure what to tell you man". What a disgrace.

Traveled to IF for work and my fuel pump went out. I made one call and these guys handled it, picked my car up from the hotel, while I was at work, and took it to Brian’s Automotive where he replaced the fuel pump and got me back on the road.

Valley towing was great after many attempts with an insurance company to get help with my truck breaking down. Needed it hauled back into to town and was great to work with. They were friendly and arrived quickly.
