“I was pleasantly surprised with the entire purchase experience. I live out of town and was able to get the majority of the deal done over the phone befor driving down to look at the car. Tayler did an amazing job taking care of all of my needs, and Jeremy in finance went above and beyond to get us the best rate and warranty he could. He even worked with another dealership to ensure our Hyundai was able to be purchased as certified pre-owned so we received all of the benefits from that. Everyone was honest transparent through the whole process. There were no hidden fees and no high pressure add ons pushed. I had done my research and they had their vehicle priced below blue book. They also gave me a fair blue book trade in price for mine. I never had to "haggle" because they were fair on everything. There were no high pressure tactics used at any time and everyone was friendly and welcoming. “Beto is a good dude with a hard job. Tried to buy a car but it was noticeable they were frustrated after they fixed the first issue that popped up on a test drive. I drove the car and happened to notice a misfire. They weren't interested in doing business after. It's hard because I'm just trying to do my best when spending 13k. I'd still recommend them but unfortunately the car they got stuck with just doesn't suit my needs and they aren't making much off of it regardless. Just know what you're looking at and do your due diligence. I'm sure they have other great vehicles out of the range I was looking at.”

“Hands down, Dan was the most kind and generous mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Come in to CCC for service, leave with a friend and your new trusted mechanic!I came in with an engine failure on my van (230k+ miles) and he identified the issue right away. He provided the information and discussion needed to help me decide what to do with the van. Ultimately I decided to not fix the repair for such an old van and have it towed for salvage. To help me retrieve my Thule off the roof, Dan went above and beyond and offered to work with a locksmith to get the necessary key to remove my 20 year old Yakima roof racks that were otherwise stuck on my old car.Finally I went into the shop on a Saturday and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful as I transferred the roof racks and Thule to my new car. It wouldn’t have been possible if Dan hadn’t gone above and beyond to use a blow torch to remove a steel bolt that had undergone galvanic corrosion in the aluminum clamps on the Yakima rack. I also learned what the hell galvanic corrosion was! ?5 stars for Dan at Car Care Clinic, you’re next trusted mechanic ???️ All around a helpful, kind, and really smart guy that’s there to help.”
“I can't say enough about these guys at Giles and Johnson Auto Mart. We were dealing with an Acadia that is having engine issues, and looking for something to replace it. These guys had some great options that worked well for my family of six people. Alan worked really hard to get us financing that we can afford and worked it out. They allowed us to split up the down payment. I don't know if that's typical but we are able to do that which helped us out financially as well. We were able to get into a really great 2014 Expedition that my wife likes and my children enjoy. Whenever I look for another vehicle I will definitely look there first.”

Yes yes I confused you with a different dealership up the road that wanted 52,000 for a gladiator that was 3 years old not under factory warranty and had almost 50,000 miles on it already. Lol. My apologies for the earlier review which I have deleted. Your dealership was very helpful and kind and yes I was interested in the older used Jeep which has a few issues come to find out. You do have my phone number and when you figure out what you guys want to do about it please contact me as I'm still interested in that jeep. For those reading this review, this dealership is very kind and helpful and forthright. I do recommend this dealership to those who are looking for honesty from a used car and truck dealership. “I spent every dollar I had saved at Topline Auto for a reliable commuter car for my son. A couple of days later, the car started to have mechanical issues. I felt so defeated because I didn't have additional money to fix the issue. Edgar and his team did not hesitate to get the car fixed. They went above and beyond and even gave my son a loaner car while the car was in the shop. They didn't stop there, he had the mechanic go through and change out filters and gave it a tune up. He also gave us a great deal on window tint. My son has been driving the car for over a month now and he loves it. “I love the price, the speed is correct for me. I run an Airbnb once in a while Speed Connect goes down, but so do other Internet services. The biggest problem with Speedconnect is not the speed and not the price but getting a hold of somebody. I’ve been trying again for two freaking weeks to sign a new contract and every single telephone number I have nobody leaves even a voice message so that I could get a call back they keep saying they’re not open when they are they keep saying they did just don’t and then they hang up. They don’t give you a voice messaging system, and anything to call back and take”
