Have a HELOC line of credit since 2019. I've been using this approved loan and have always made payments on time. I've paid back over 40,000 since 2019 to this open line of credit. This year they put a block on my loan because apparently someone misplaced some paperwork. This loan has been approved and I've been using it for years now and have paid it back many times. Getting approved for this loan was a complete disaster. Brian my original banker who I worked with for years quit and after that it became a problem. Nobody there knows how to do a simple task. Several times I've tried to get in contact and either no response or they are on vacation. Only reason I still have to do business with them is because of my home loan is still with this bank. I highly recommend using any other bank services than the one that I currently use.

It is the same as the Branch in Jackson, WY. They have one employee running the counter and the drive-up window at the same time, When that employee has a long transaction (a commercial act wanting to deposit or withdraw. monies), you wait in line forever even if your next in line or you sit in your car outside at the window, forever, not seeing anyone for ten minutes even if u press the call button. A few days ago, I was outside waiting, then finally went. inside and a lady left because she was pissed. Another guy was standing there telling me there is no one here. The only teller was in the safe somewhere gathering something for the guy at the counter. There was no-one at the counter for the eight minutes outside I waited and the five minutes waiting at the counter. Someone could have robbed the place. Oh, that's right, someone did about twelve years ago. They caught him six months later after he spent their thirty thousand. Why would I feel safe with these people guarding the little money I have. Time for a new bank I suppose. This place is ridiculous. The lady that worked there I think quit. She was so nice until one day she was running back and forth from teller. counter to window, she was flustered. I haven't seen her since. She was nice. These people used her like a yard dog. I hope she has found a better job. Like the other rant on here, their turnover is exponential.

This branch makes me want to close my US Bank accounts every time I have to interact with them. They do not answer their phone in the branch, so it’s impossible to make an appointment to discuss anything. The tellers have no idea how to answer simple questions. I have never had a positive experience with anyone at this branch.

worst banking experience ever. Just a big corporation who has no interest in customers who've been with them for 25 years. Local customers, you're out of luck. Their branches are closed and you can never get through to anyone on their phone. Changing all our accounts to local banks

This bank has the worst employee turn over. The branch manager has not trained her employees. Went in to do some simple banking and the employees have to get her to do it and she is NEVER available. This WAS a great branch before COVID. We will stop going to this branch since the manager seems to have no idea what she is doing

I dread going to this bank! Everyone at this branch seem to hate their jobs. Everyone seems put out if they have to talk to you and they are the slowest moving people I have ever seen. I go to several different branches and different banks for my business and I am looking to make a switch. It is ridiculous that the management allows these behaviors to happen.

No one answers the phone, recording only. Branch lobby still not open, even though other branches are open. Drive through is slow and backs up with no room for vehicles to line up safely. Actual drive up bay is limited for trucks and SUVs. Opening up the lobby would demonstrate much needed customer service.

I was told to drop off some signed documents to this branch. There were no customers inside, only employees. Doors are locked because of Covid. “Make appointment” sign on the door. The employees stood and stared at me holding the documents, while I called the branch to arrange for someone to walk 20 paces to open the door to take the documents. The branch doesn’t answer their phone anymore, so a recording role me to leave a message online. Nobody could manage to walk 20 steps to open the door, so I left. Would have been nice to have been given a heads up that the doors are locked and the employees don’t understand customer service.

Lobby isn't open. 1 drive through lane and wait time is horrendous! Wouldn't recommend using the drive thru at this location.

Since Covid 19 hit, Every location in town is a complete nightmare to get into due to the lobby being closed and there not being enough help in the windows.I stood in line for an HOUR to pay my Morgage, That is asinine!This truly shows how much you care about your customers and as a customer WE NOTICE!
