If I could give negative 100 stars I would do so. If you are a red blooded American, Idahoan, and supporter of the second amendment, I would recommend you totally avoid this place. I am certain I will never, ever set foot in this place or utilize their services in any way. Today I went in to send back a Bushnell scope for warranty repair.
The attendant asked me what was in the package when he saw the Bushnell address. I said "optics". He asked me three more times and then called over the manager who continued to press me. When I said "it's a riflescope". The manager said "we can't do that, it's against the law". I told them it most certainly is not. Then the manager told me, "we don't have an FFL and you need an FFL to ship that". I told them that was also incorrect and that I clearly know the rules. What a bunch of misinformed lies. If this store does not want to ship things, that is fine, just tell the truth and say, "the owner of this store has a policy against shipping firearm related items". It is your right to make such a policy, but don't coach your employees to lie and insult your customers. If this is how you feel about anything even remotely associated with a firearm, maybe you should consider moving your store to a blue state.
This incident reminded me of another time awhile back, when I attempted to ship a glock slide back to Glock to get the sights replaced (not the serialized part of the firearm) at this store. Perfectly legal. It was different employees but they fed me the same insulting lies as soon as they saw the Glock address.
Stand by your convictions if you want, but tell the truth, don't lie to your customers and insult those of us who are not "sheeple" and actually know the firearms laws.

Today at store # 2271 Shannon The Merciful, gets VIP status from me for turning my day around. I was having a hard time figuring out a “shipping situation” I was having with an ebay sale. Shannon was friendly and calm, I was friendly but not calm, she held my hand and walked me through the perils of the eBay and gmail apps to shipping success. I demand Shannon gets a raise! Thanks Shannon ?

We have a UPS mailbox in Boulder City and have used UPS in various towns to collect Amazon parcels.
As usual, we contacted the store (this time in Idaho Falls) to ensure it was OK to have an item delivered from Amazon. The owner stated that there would be a $5 fee for collection and it would be held for 7 days. She stated they parcel couldn't be returned if we didn't collect.
We had a phone call confirming the parcel had arrived and we advised we would collect it within the 7 days.
We arrived to collect our parcel 2 days later and were told it had been signed for. It hadn't. After a few discussions we ascertained that the UPS Store had refused the parcel because they only take Amazon parcels for customers who have a mailbox at that store.
The employees apologised and said there had obviously been a breakdown in communication and the owner would contact us the following day.
The owner did call and apologise but obviously we were unhappy at the mixed communications. We had travelled there specifically to collect that parcel which had a repair kit that we needed.
Why they can't accept parcels, even if not collected is beyond me. If the person who asks for delivery doesn't pick it up then the onus is on them to sort out any issues not the store.
Beware if you are trying to use this store for an Amazon delivery if you don't have a mailbox there.
This had inconvenienced us greatly and we have now had to go back to Amazon and cancel the order. We will have to reorder and get delivery elsewhere - something the UPS store could have offered.
Very disappointing.
Edit - the owner told us that if we didn't collect the Amazon package the UPS store couldn't return it. We got a call on the day the Amazon package arrived and we confirmed we would collect it a few days later. The owner's response is not what was discussed. We would have collected item elsewhere if that had been what we were told!

Simply one of the best humans I have met in a while! I know where I'll go from now on. Thank you!

Always quick and friendly service. Even when the lines appear long, I’m usually out of the store in only a couple of minutes. Love this place!

Went into the store to print out some brochures for work, and Christal first greeted me when I came in and was more than happy to help out! There were some adjustments needing to be made on the file, and she spent some time to help get it exactly how I wanted, and even hand cut them to make sure they were done right! They were very busy, but Christal didn't make me feel rushed and was nothing but a pleasure to work with! Wonderful experience, and will definitely come back when I need to print more.
