I had rented a 8” pick up truck. The system end up charging me for 2 days even though I had the truck for 6 hours. But the customers service credited me $19.95.

Reserved a car dolly several days in advance the day of i called and told them i was coming in half hour asked that it was still reserved when i got there they were so sorrythey gave the last one to someone else not professional at all very disappointed

Went in the store to see about getting a replacement 7 blade plug for my truck. Employee sat behind the counter eating a bag of chips and never even greeted me, let alone come over and see if I needed help. 5 minutes later after looking through what was on the wall, I left. Overpriced rentals. Service is ok. Told me my truck I rented, came with a 1/2 tank of gas. When I got it though it was actually a little under 1/2 tank. Not a huge deal if the prices were a little more fair. Also they make you rent the truck for more days than needed.

Loooooooong waits that cut out.I needed to get into a storage unit, which requires notice of 24 hours. I waited on the phone for 30 mins and my phone lost reception. I called in to get put back in line where I was and was greeted with a rude "we have other customers". So my spot in line restarted completely, because they don't care how long you have to wait.The hold time might be more tolerable if it wasn't the same 2 lines over and over and over. If I'm going to be on hold for 45mins (local number) then maybe just let me listen to some generic music instead of some guy selling me services/bragging about how green the company is.Lastly, if I just need to inform you that I need access to the storage I paid $4000 for, maybe give me the option to set up the appointment without wasting over nearly an hour of my time on hold. I paid $4000, by do I need to sit here for an hour to say "yes I'd like to get into my storage unit tomorrow"?When I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to cut the line, the employee just kept repeating "we have other customers" over an over. I'm not trying to get ahead of anyone else in line, but after that long of hold, I also don't want to waste my time when I called 45mins previously. Frustrating. Especially for the price.Literally all I was asking for was to not have to wait the whole hold time twice because their system dropped our call. They may also think of hiring some more people if you are having 30+ min wait times to answer a 30 second request.

I'm very grateful to all the Broadway U-Haul staff who recovered and mailed me my wallet which I had left in the truck I rented. Oh, and the truck was excellent as well:)

If I could give a zero I would. If something isn’t available don’t tell a customer it is! Nobody can give answers no matter if it’s the direct location or corporate then when it finally gets settled 5 days later they change the location for pick up! It’s stressful enough moving…poor service and lying doesn’t help a person. Will never use uhaul again.

Availability is great. Facility is clean and easy to navigate. In my opinion the prices per unit are just a little too high for the lack of professional telephone courtesy.

In the middle of winter storm Frida I was greeted at the door with a smile.After a three day, white knuckled drive, across two mountain ranges at the end of December. The quick friendly service was very much appreciated.

Google maps takes you to Anderson fencing company. Not the actual u-haul facility because it goes by a different company name. Very dissatisfied with Google maps while searching for the u'haul moving store in Dillon Montana.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I temporarily stored our house here for a couple of months in those boxes. It took them 3 months for them to get me on auto pay despite me asking every month to have that setup. Even after they set me up, they kept sending me letters saying I was late and would owe extra fees. I'm still getting those letters. I finally had to go in and clear things up.Now when I asked my boxes to be delivered, I gave them a 2 week notice and heard nothing from them. So again, I had to physically go in, because they rarely answer the phone, to make sure they were ready. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE ADDRESS I GAVE THEM OVER THE PHONE. So I gave it to them, in person and they told me it would be there by noon. The next day, noon past, we tried calling and again, nobody answered. Then randomly I get a text message telling me my card was declined so they couldn't drop off the boxes and maybe they can try tomorrow. They didn't try to call me or anything.So again, I go in physically to the store location, because they don't answer the phone. Give them another card and they assured me they'll be there by 9:30am tomorrow.So I don't know if they actually will, but I'm emailing their GM and their corporate office because their disorganization and lack of communication is the worst I've seen in a company in a long time. I'm looking forward to being done with them.DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!
