Monte has always been good to us and totally up front with us when he felt the repairs would be more than what the vehicle is worth. I can't say enough good about Monte and his crew and I would highly recommend them.

Tunex is on a different level than your local mechanic shop. ASE certified specialists that's why you pay more. They're usually my last resort because I'm poor, but they're also a sure shot to repair your vehicle.

I went to this Tunex after a faulty air conditioner fix from another Tunex. He made the changes with no charge and worked it out with the other Tunex. That was huge for me and we've gone here ever since. They know us, our cars - it's a true customer relationship. They've been fair, up front, not tried to charge me for any extra work they don't believe I need done. I had a quote from a dealer and took it in to them where they charged me $100 less for the same job. I recommend them to everyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.Our truck was not starting reliably. We took it to this shop. We heard nothing for nearly a week. My husband finally called and found out the truck had been ready for several days, but they didn't call to tell us. The next day the truck didn't start and left my husband stranded. We towed it back. They spent days with it again without communicating anything. My husband called and they said it was fixed. Another $300 later. We picked it up. The next day it didn't start, leaving my husband stranded . We towed it back AGAIN. They had it for a week. My husband called frequently to get updates. They never initiated communication. After my husband asked they gave us $25 of the 3rd $300 bill. DO NOT GO TO TUNEX! All they want is your money. They are happy to send you away in a vehicle that isn't safe to drive.

Another excellent experience with Tunex IF. They did exactly what I asked at a fair and accurate price. I will not take my Lexus anywhere else in town. Monte and his crew are the best!

We have used this shop for the past six years. We have really struggled with finding a mechanic that we like, and I can say that this is one that we love. They have always been fast and fair in their pricing. There was even a time when a repair turned out being a little more involved than their original quote was for and...they didn't charge us any extra. Great place that you can trust will treat you right. I've been using them for years mostly to service my kids cars in their teenage years. I just recently had my mom take her car there as she was concerned about it making it through winter with no issues. They checked it over, cleaned up the battery and sent her on her way with no charge! Thank you for taking care of her

I had my mom's car inspected, because I wanted to make sure her vehicle was safe to drive. She's been driving it for 12 years now, and I just wanted a piece of mind.
They didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. Because of that, they didn't charge me a dime! Suuuuper good customer service. They were extremely polite, and they respected me as a customer.
They totally could've charged me for the inspection, but they didn't.
I was recommended Tunex by a family friend, and I'm glad that they told me about them.
