“Friday night December 16,2016 one of your trucks was stuck in the mess on I29 mile marker 30 in Missouri. I ended up with a dead battery because we sat for so long and forgot my battery was still on. I dont remember your drivers name and I feel absolutely awful but him and Red Oak Carriers got me started again. I am so thankful they were there and very willing to go above and beyond in such awful conditions. We were pretty miserable with the weather and being stuck for over 8 hours. It was awesome to have a little bit of kindness. It will never be forgotten. I truly appreciate the generosity and kindness. I can't thank you enough for hiring such a respectful driver.”
