“I took in my 2014 Ford Focus when the engine light turned on. It was a big gamble that I even took in this car to be serviced, I was doubtful that anyone could fix it.They were very thorough when trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, and did everything they could to fix my awfully designed transmission. Considering how much of a headache it was to even figure out what was wrong, (the model of my car is notorious for beign one of Ford's worst), they were very clear with explaining to me over the phone what was going on. They even gave me the option to give my car over to Lithia Ford and have them fix it for cheaper. I chose to stay with western transmission because I trust that they don't cut corners and don't try to cheap out on bad parts. The repair took a really long time, but was worth it! Excellent customer service. And I do mean excellent. They never got upset or impatient with me.Considering that I was a college student, or just because they wanted to be nice, they knocked off a few hundred dollars even though it was a very reasonable price to begin with!Will be going here again for any other issues my car has. Still drives beautifully. Gonna run this car six feet into the ground before I consider buying a new one haha”

“I went to this Tunex after a faulty air conditioner fix from another Tunex. He made the changes with no charge and worked it out with the other Tunex. That was huge for me and we've gone here ever since. They know us, our cars - it's a true customer relationship. They've been fair, up front, not tried to charge me for any extra work they don't believe I need done. I had a quote from a dealer and took it in to them where they charged me $100 less for the same job. I recommend them to everyone.”
