They've also been very transparent on the repair estimates with little to no change in the estimate price and have given me discounted prices both times. Only time I've ever had an issue was being left on hold for almost 30 minutes, but either way I didnt mind. They have better prices for repairs compared to other places as well.”

The diagnosis was the most thorough I’ve ever seen with pictures and video for a complete transparency. They were very clear on scope of work to perform and the transactions for the deposit and the final payment were super easy. They did a great job on our van. Although there were a few hiccups with the timing of getting parts, they were very good at communicating that to us so we could plan our lives around the absence of our vehicle.
