We were greeted and helped almost immediately, even though the store was busy and there was only two people in the store, one at the register and one on the floor. Michael was kind, easy to talk to and truly helpful. He was knowledgeable about colors, types and brands of boots and even helped us imagine how it would look against my sisters white wedding dress, which is what the boots were for. It was an awesome experience. Much more personal than I usually get at a mall store. Highly recommend!

I was in Idaho Falls traveling by and decided to stop at the mall for some new shoes for my son. I went to 2 other stores before I went to Tradehome. I have to say I was very impressed with the employee named Carver. My son has Plantar Fasciitis and other stores were no help to him for finding a shoe. Carver was very knowledgeable about the shoes he sells and was able to find the right shoe. I decided to talk to him about my issue with New Balance shoes and how I was interested in the Hoka Shoes. He brought out 5 pairs of shoes for me to try. I ended up buying all the pairs of shoes. Its been 2 weeks and these Hoka Shoes are the best shoes I've ever owned. I wanted to leave this review to let him know how pleased I'm with this purchase and to let Tradeshow Shoes they got a good shoe salesman. Thanks Again

I purchased a expensive 180 dollar pair of asic shoes for running they told me they would clean them for life and spray a new shoe smell in them... New owners and they will not offer anything for cleaning or warranty on there shoes, cheapest pair in the store is around 140 on sale right now. I will never return and do not recommend this store to anyone.

Went for a pair of Hoka running shoes. They were so very helpful and didn't mind that I tried 3 pairs on twice each. Bonus, they were having a sale. I'll definitely go back!!

I have flat feet and since going on longer walks they've become so sore. My friend with similar issues bought a pair at Trade Home at the mall. She said Austin helped her find the perfect insert & shoe. Since I've wasted money on several pairs of shoes recently, I try my luck, I go find Austin & asked some questions. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He was really patient with all of my questions. He gave me several recommendations between inserts and shoe choices. I decide to buy the Hoka brand.. and they are PERFECT! I could not be happier! My walks are now painless. I appreciate that Austin took the time to really listen and help me. This was seriously my 5th new pair & I was just so frustrated. I just got home from a walk and it reminded me to write this review!
