“Would recommend this place 10/10! My boyfriend and I are full time RVers and our truck pulling our 5th wheel was making very suspicious sounds. We drove to Ross’ and they got right on it, fixing the problem in about two hours. They didn’t even need us to detach the RV. These guys are total pros and got us back on the road so quick and couldn’t have been nicer! This is the place to go!”

“I had my truck breakdown 1200 miles from home. I called 911 and was transferred to the Idaho State Patrol. I explained my situation, they were very helpful giving me 3 tow company numbers. I tried Lindsay first, the lady that answered was very nice and helpful and sent Tyler right out. He was great. Got me on a rollback and to Lithia Ford which has also been very helpful.

“My foolish child slid into a parked car, the tie rod bent, and the wheel wouldn't turn. We called up DownStream and they worked with us to get it towed on the day we needed it brought to our mechanic. They had the best price as well out of the 7 or so other companies I contacted. It was pretty easy on our part. We didn't have to be there, we set it up all through text, and we just Venmo'd the money to them when it was done. Some of these reviews say they were rude or didn't keep their schedules. I'll say I experienced a little bit of that. They weren't extremely friendly on the phone and ended up being about an hour or so late to tow the car than when they said they would be there but I didn't really care. For the price we paid, they showed up and did the job, and so it was fine from my point of view.”

“I wish I could give more than five star. Definitely a fan for life. We got really, REALLY stuck in the mud and not only did they get us out and undercharge us. When we finally got unstuck, we locked our keys in our car not even 2 hours later we just happened to run into them again by the grace of God, the unlocked our car for us for unimaginably cheep. “Best towing company ever. After fighting with my insurance company for days to get my car off the side of the freeway 7 hours from home… Dennis came to my rescue!! He drove over 900 miles on windy mountain passes filled with construction zones and pulled into my driveway at midnight with my car safely in tact. He was extremely professional and kept me updated throughout his incredibly long journey. Best part was he pulled in with a smile on his face and still excited to help and visit, even after 15 hours in a truck! Hands down the best service I’ve ever received from a towing company. Thank you Dennis for helping me through a very stressful time and taking away any worries I had about my car!! I would highly recommend!!
