I spent every dollar I had saved at Topline Auto for a reliable commuter car for my son. A couple of days later, the car started to have mechanical issues. I felt so defeated because I didn't have additional money to fix the issue. Edgar and his team did not hesitate to get the car fixed. They went above and beyond and even gave my son a loaner car while the car was in the shop. They didn't stop there, he had the mechanic go through and change out filters and gave it a tune up. He also gave us a great deal on window tint. My son has been driving the car for over a month now and he loves it. Because of the integrity of Edgar and his team, I will recommend anyone looking for a new car/truck to go see Topline Auto. You can't go wrong with anyone that works there.

The guys there are. Very personable. Always happy to see you. They are friendly and easy to work with. They go the extra mile to help you find the vehicle that is right for you. They answer all your questions. After the sale they helped answer more questions and even helped with a couple of issues. Management, sales team and mechanics are all amazing wonderful people. I would recommend TopLine to any one looking for a vehicle. JW

Scam artists. Tried calling them multiple times to figure out the ridiculous warranty information only to be blown off multiple times. The truck had way more wrong with it than they told me. I have already replaced MULTIPLE parts on the truck that they neglected to disclose. Told me the payment would be one amount only to be hit with a $100 higher a month payment. When I told them I couldn't afford it, they told me to just pay it for 6 months, and then we would refinance it. I did my part and they refused to help me. I called the bank and took care of the process myself. They don't care about customers at all. Don't waste your time or money with these criminals. You will regret buying from these con-artists. They don't care about customers and they sell sub-par vehicles for which they know are lemons, but don't care about ANYTHING but making a sale. Pathetic!!

Test drove a truck, which could have worked for us, but when we came back from the test drive, they were busy with other customers and didn't give us any attention.
It seems to me that they're geared towards servicing the Spanish speaking population, and since we don't, they were simply not comfortable with us.
Also, looking at their online reviews did not make us want to buy anything from them, reading a lot about selling defective cars and not giving a darn about the buyers who bought these lemons from them.

I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Fraud Protection Agency has anyone else been sold a faulty vehicle by these guys who is the lawyer that what best take care of this instead of waiting for the agency to process my complaint.

Do not go here. They wanted me to ding my credit and get pre qualified before I could test drive a 20k car... when I showed up in a 40k car. I was fine with letting the sales rep come with me to take the car to my shop so I could put it on my lift and go over it and then plug my computer into it to make sure everything was sound on it. They 100% lost a sale. My wife and I went to another dealership and bought a car.
