“Brittany is the best! Running at least the 2 I go to& when she was hired she was the reason I didnt STOP GOING TO THE AMMON STORE! She's what they've needed! But also why did you have to give up selling the original mod box kits& coils, batteries for them as well??? Now all there is , is disposable, smokes etc! But I & many others quit coming bc u no longer serve us "reg original capers" with the mod boxes, vape pens & all accessories! ? Wish u were like the vape store I go to now& still favors all the originals plus disposable's but many other things that have faded out all those be4 disposables etc hit! Anyway there prices& inventory that serves ALL FROM hookas to mods, to disposable to juices& all accessories & more! The cust service/owners have set the bar now& I travel across town since I moved from Ammon! Its a shame Tobacco Connection arent nearly as accommodating as they once were the "GO TO 4 ALL VAPES& ACCESSORIES NEEDS PLUS HOOKA&TOBACCO PIPES! THE ONLY GOOD THEEE NOW IS BRITTANY! “I too, once bought a cheap-o lighter at that very store too! It was suggested to me, to contact the manufacturer for my refund. As T.C. didn't make the cheap thing! WHOA! What a GREAT IDEA! Fast forward a few weeks later, and I'd bought some smaller, rolled cigars that were displayed at the cash register. The first one I lit, and attempted to smoke on my way home, had all but disintegrated, because it wasn't stored in their humidor. Next week when I came back to the store, with the product, I showed it to the cashier. She initially began to tell me. "tough luck". After I pointed out there were several other packages of the same product, in the same place, I suggested she may want to check tone too! Long story short, the cashier cheerfully, refunded me (after speaking with her bos), and removed the other damaged product! Sometimes a little patience...goes a LONG WAY! I just try to be the custome, that I WANNA TALK TO!”
