“I had my truck breakdown 1200 miles from home. I called 911 and was transferred to the Idaho State Patrol. I explained my situation, they were very helpful giving me 3 tow company numbers. I tried Lindsay first, the lady that answered was very nice and helpful and sent Tyler right out. He was great. Got me on a rollback and to Lithia Ford which has also been very helpful.
If you need a tow in this area, try Lindsay Towing. They did a great job for me.”
“We had an issue with my daughter's car and had it towed to Oswald's. They were amazing to work with. They ran the diagnostics and realized that our problem was very specific to the make and model and we would be better served to take it to a specialist. They found us the options we had near by and allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we could get in to the specialist mechanic. After everything was done it was a very expensive fix. I called Oswald's to pay what we owed them. Kevin could have charged us for the diagnostic, labor times, fluids used and the storage fees but instead he didn't charge us anything. A very kind act at a very tough time. Their customer service shows how deeply Kevin and the people at Oswald's are connected to the people in their communities. If it doesn't have to be handled by the manufacturer I will be bringing our vehicles to Oswalds!!”

“Hands down, Dan was the most kind and generous mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Come in to CCC for service, leave with a friend and your new trusted mechanic!I came in with an engine failure on my van (230k+ miles) and he identified the issue right away. He provided the information and discussion needed to help me decide what to do with the van. Ultimately I decided to not fix the repair for such an old van and have it towed for salvage. To help me retrieve my Thule off the roof, Dan went above and beyond and offered to work with a locksmith to get the necessary key to remove my 20 year old Yakima roof racks that were otherwise stuck on my old car.Finally I went into the shop on a Saturday and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful as I transferred the roof racks and Thule to my new car. It wouldn’t have been possible if Dan hadn’t gone above and beyond to use a blow torch to remove a steel bolt that had undergone galvanic corrosion in the aluminum clamps on the Yakima rack. I also learned what the hell galvanic corrosion was! ?5 stars for Dan at Car Care Clinic, you’re next trusted mechanic ???️ All around a helpful, kind, and really smart guy that’s there to help.”

Rons Tire and there staff, have gone Above and Beyond to get me what I need, and have me in and out in a very timely manner. This has been our go to place for all of our tire needs. Would Highly Recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.”
“Les Schwab is the only place I take my vehicle for tires, brakes and alignment needs. This store is one of three in Idaho Falls area and does great work. The parking is very limited in the front of the store but parking on the street is not available. There is some overflow parking in the Northwest of the main office where their alignment center is located.
Staff are extremely friendly. They deliver work that is fast and complete. They always communicate costs and wait for approval before moving forward so you will never get a bill that was higher than discussed and verbally or agreed to in writing.”
“We needed 4 new drives... we got them used here for a decent price $179 each and they traded one of the tires we had on about 2k miles on it, for 1 of the used ones. Tires came to $540, withe ther credit, the rest was Mounting and Balancing. Mounting and balancing were pricy and they didn't balance them. But we got out the door for just under $1k.
We feel that we can recommend this place.”

“Travis & his team of knowledgable mechanics were great! My scheduled appointment was for an oil change. However, I was very fortune the Quick Lane team performed a complimentary vehicle inspection, too.
As it turned out, one of the rear brake callipers on my Prius had somehow become frozen at an angle.
The misalligned calliper had been gouging my rotor for a while without my knowledge. To make matters worse, by the time I bought my car in, I had very little brake pad left on my rear wheels.
Travis invited me in to the work area for a look where he & his team showed me the evidence and explained. Additionally, without pressure or obligation tactics, he offered me a repair estimate; Well done Travis!
Next, per my request, Travis went to great lengths to ensure I received the repair estimate in hardcopy. Needless to say, he & his mechanic team's actions reaffirmed my reasoning for being a Quick Lube return customer. Keep up the great work team! And thank you each and every one.”

“Nice little place, but like expected, the gas station was backed up. ... I'm still trying to figure out why Sam's Club always seems to have so few gas pumps. After filing up my tank, I decided to go and look for a certain coffee, for my family. ... The Provo Utah Sam's Club has this hazelnut vanilla coffee, but sadly the Idaho falls store doesn't have nearly as many coffee bean choices.”

Every time I went to look and see if they were making progress, I only saw the 4 employees back there horsing around and throwing things at each.....2 hours of this!!”
