Normally I love their product but this time was disappointed in the product. I ordered on line and when I received the package a part of the product was broke. I reached out via email and have heard nothing. I understand it's a busy time of year but it would nice to get some type of response

Great craft site!! I saw the "HOME" letters, with different seasonal pieces (Santa head, fall leaf, chick in egg, any holiday/season item) substituted for the "O", thought it was so cute. I ordered the HME letters and 4 seasonal inserts, they arrived quickly, with all needed vinyl and glue-on pieces. I had so much fun finishing all the pieces, used Thoughts In Vinyl's photos for inspiration. These are quality items, very thick cutouts and well made. I have since ordered a few more inserts for different seasons and holidays. Their customer service is amazing, shipping is fast, I have absolutely no complaints. I will eventually have most of the insert pieces, they are just too cute, and fun to craft!
