If you expect to have your glasses delivered on time and great customer service I highly suggest you avoid this place like the plague. They told me my glasses would be ready by Friday and forgot to mention that for some reason they close at noon for the 4th of July weekend.

I'm not one to place poor reviews when I feel people are doing their best. I hesitated on this too but read another review involving the same manager, Shaun, and since there is a pattern want to help the next person avoid the same, terrible experience. I purchased a $300 pair of sunglasses because I was told they wouldn't scratch and I could return them within 30 no questions asked. Turns out after just two weeks, a scratch appeared and I now I'm told they're just more likely not to scratch. Even within the allowable return window there's nothing they can do. I expressed my frustration from the misunderstanding and apparent misrepresentation at purchase and the return policies of their competitors and his solution was for me to take my business to them. Ok, I will.

Worst experience ever! Recently my glasses broke so I decided to take them to the store to get them replaced or repaired since they had a warranty, however, when I explained my issue to the owner of the establishment, whose name is Shaun, instead of helping me in a professional manner they outright claimed that the glasses I was showing them were fake, even though I showed them the original receipt from when I purchased them at their own store, furthermore they acted rude and unprofessional as they were verbally attacking me throughout the process. Eventually, another customer came in with the same problem and the owner suggested that they buy the parts for them to repair. I overheard this conversation and asked if I could do the same but I was then surprised by the ridiculous price of the parts which turned out to be nearly half of the price of the glasses themselves! Unfortunately, the owner said that it was the only option so I considered purchasing the parts as I genuinely enjoyed the pair of glasses, however, even after considering buying the overpriced parts, the owner still refused to repair them as he still believed that they were fake despite having no reasonable basis! Overall, I'm disappointed in the conduct of the staff as they acted unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly rude. This is a major shame as I had better expectations for a store that supposedly sells high quality products yet after today I doubt that I will ever shop there again. When I brought the same issue to the outlet itself in Italy they didn't give me the same amount of arguments or unpleasant behavior. Moral of the story, buy directly from the outlet so you don't have to deal with the bs of the owner.
