This laundry store is a gem! Spotlessly clean, with newly renovated machines that are modern, easy to use, and even offer multiple language options. The owners, a super friendly and helpful couple, guided us through everything since it was our first time. Their warmth and the pristine environment made doing laundry a surprisingly pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We are visiting from out of state and needed a place to do our laundry. A quick google search showed us this gem, and we decided to give it a chance. First Impressions were how clean this place was. Modern machines make for ease of use, and price is fair. Clean restrooms, and they even sell drinks and snacks! Staff are available for questions and free wifi also! We also noticed they do dry cleaning and various laundry services!

Such a clean, modern laundry facility! We loved the ease of use of the touch screen machines, and the attendant was very friendly and helped us out when we struggled operating the soap dispenser. I also saw the washing machines cleaned between every use, which was very reassuring! We LOVED the little library; my son read half of Dogman while we waited!

LIFESAVERS. I put all my laundry out on my step, and they pick it up, wash it, dry it, fold it, and deliver it back to me within 24 hours. WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! They are great with communication and I’ll be a customer for life. Everyone needs this!

For someone who just moved here from Charleston, SC. I can hands down say the CLEANEST, well preserved laundromats I’ve EVER been to. They also do dry cleaning! Teton Cleaners, you just made a life customer!

TL;DR They melted a hole into my suit jacket and refused to pay for it.
I was a long-time customer of Teton Cleaners, but I took my clothed to the dry cleaners on 17th street. Probably went there for nearly 15 years. After they closed down the 17th street location, I took a nearly brand new suit in for a cleaning at the 1st street location. When I first walked in, I was unimpressed with how the place looked. Dirty, door slams closed without slowing, staff seemed unimpressive. I should have gone with my gut and walked right out and found a new dry cleaner but I decided to stay loyal.
I picked up the suit, days later than they promised it because they had 'equipment issues.' Then the suit jacket sat in the plastic in my closet for a few weeks while I got a hem repaired on the pants. Then I finally had a chance to wear the suit. I pulled it out of the plastic and there was a big hole melted into it. I brought it back to them, confident that they would replace the suit jacket based on their promise of integrity and honesty from their website.
They took the jacket, and promised a phone call that evening from the owner. Days later I had to call in myself to check on the progress. I was talked over, shouted down, and hung up on. He claimed the hole was 'definitely a cigarette burn' and said I did it myself and they weren't responsible. No integrity, no honesty, no responsibility. I guess that they would rather lose my business, and the business of anyone I can convince to go elsewhere than take some responsibility and replace a suit jacket. I guess I should have looked at their yelp reviews, because there are plenty of other people with the same experience.
Update: your response indicates that I was the one that escalated the tone of the phone call, this is incorrect. I was constantly interrupted, talked over, and told that I was being dishonest. Here are the facts: the suit came back from your location with a hole it it that was not there when it was dropped off. You refused to take responsibility. Your only offer was to send it in to an analysis company that I could not access on my own, and cannot choose my own analysis company. You pay a subscription service to this place, so they are immediately biased against the people not paying them regularly(your customers). You said that I would have to pay even if the analysis comes back inconclusive and they can't determine exactly what happened, so again, biased against me, so there is no confidence in such a process. If somehow there was a hole in it when I dropped it off, its up to you as the handler to make note of such a blemish, but I am supremely confident that the jacket had no hole. I put on that jacket immediately before leaving my home, it goes only from my house to my car to church and back every few Sundays. There is no chance for a cigarette to come in contact with it. All you have to do is sniff the fabric to know it wasn't a cigarette burn. You messed up, and ruined my jacket. I would think that 10+ years of coming only to your cleaners would have bought me enough trust to know that this was your mistake, or at least enough grace to hear out my entire explanation of why it couldn't have happened in my care rather than be constantly interrupted, shouted down and hung up on. My only hope is that between this review and my encouragement to others to take their clothes elsewhere you lose many times the value of a suit jacket in lost revenue.

Very clean!! Very affordable!! Very nice owners!!
I'm very surprised on the current rating this laundromat has but I noticed it's been in business for a long time.
They have new owners now and the laundry machines are new and get the job done quickly, the place is very clean, and the owner was incredibly professional and friendly, always checking if I needed anything. Excellent service!

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to! Everything is brand new, affordable, and they come clean the machine as soon as you're done using it. Very friendly people and I want to leave a good review they deserve it!

Very very clean!!!!
They are renovating so the floor hasn’t been redone but I watched as he sprayed EVERY SINGLE machine once someone was done using it. Even the floor, while it may not look pretty right now, was so clean. No dust or anything. I was extremely impressed. No one wants to go to the laundromat but if you have to go, you can rest assured you are using clean machines! They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows! I will tell EVERYONE to go there. They don’t take cards YET, so bring bills. They do have a change machine.

I don't usually use a laundromat so I needed a little guidance. The lady who assisted me was SUPER helpful. The place was spotless, the machines are new, and it all worked out great. Highly recommend!

I used the laundry pick up and deliver service. The app is so easy to set up pick up and drop off days! Not to mention the laundry bags are so roomy, I fit 1 weeks worth of clothes (4 grown adults in our house) in the single bag PLUS towels. I set the bag on my porch and 1 day later everything was delivered washed and folded- and folded so well! I definitely recommend this service.

Clean inside, updated machines that are user friendly and they're making improvements at the moment! (Hanging TV wall mounts) Very positive laundromat experience.
