My wife lost her I Phone so we went into the Store in the Grand Teton Mall.We had decided to change carriers, Max went over and beyond in his efforts to switch our phones, which was difficult as we didn’t have my wife’s phone.Max had to call the carrier to get codes Emailed to him, which took a while, he worked so hard to get the change over, all the time with a positive attitude, I traded in my phone and he managed to get my wife a new phone at no additional cost,He is a great asset to your Company.

There's a woman named Gabby. If you go to this T-Mobile make sure you have her work on your issue or make sure you have her recommend a phone. She knows what she's talking about and has helped me with several issues. Thanks for always being on top of your game guys

Max at the Teton Mall T-Mobile store has been wonderful to work with. In February, he helped me order the new Samsung Galaxy S23+ and made sure everything was working after I received the phone. I just ported over my wife's line to T-Mobile on a new Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Max did his best to make sure we were getting the best deal on a new phone. We had a few issues with getting voicemail working on her new phone and Max immediately went to work to resolve the problem. All is working well and we love the T-Mobile customer service. Max always takes time to answer all questions and never makes you feel pushed into making a decision.If T-Mobile has an employee of the month program, Max deserves recognition.

Had a problem with my phone. I have insurance, and was told by a different location marked T-Mobile I needed to go online to file a claim. I tried to file a claim on line and was told I had to call an eight hundred number. Called the number and got caught in a loop with the robot that didn't understand my voice. Drove to the T-Mobile location different from the one I originally spoke to and met, Max. I was greeted pleasantly and asked my reason for stopping in. I explained to Max what I had experienced trying to get my phone fixed. He said let me get that taken care of for you. After entering everything and paying my deductible in less than 10 minutes a new phone was being shipped to my address. He was a fantastic help!

My family and I reached out to TMobile, hoping to improve our cellular situation. Marco answered the phone and provided the upmost customer service. He answered all the questions we had with accuracy. Listened to our needs and made sure the items and plan we selected was our desires not just something to sale. Thanks Marco for your time.

What a let down. I usually have good experiences at this store but sadly not today. The manager Marco kept feeding me misinformation and wouldn’t upgrade one of my lines by doing a deferred trade in even though he said I could just minutes before he contradicted himself. I used to work at tmobile and knew he was wrong, and thankfully the online support agents on T-mobile’s website were able to do my upgrade with no problem. I don’t know how Marco is manager given his lack of knowledge on the way things are done and I feel bad for the many other customers he has probably misinformed without them knowing the actual process. If the store wasn’t so busy I would’ve have gone with Emmett. He’s always knowledgeable and is my go-to.
