we waited five minutes in the drive thru with no “hello” or “just a moment” so we finally went in. it was being run by three kids, no adult or managers in sight. they were all just taking their time and dilly dallying while there’s five people in line. the work station was unsanitary and honestly gross. low on all kinds of ingredients. and one kid was coughing all over the food. they also werent friendly at all. i like subway and this could’ve just been an unfortunate moment to come in but it was quite frankly disgusting and i won’t be going to the subway on broadway anymore.

The sandwich was great! However, the service is another story. Complete lack of leadership, wasn't sure if the gentleman making our sandwiches was new, or just incompetent. And when the (also 15 years old) "boss" came over and ripped the headset off the employee helping us, and continued to not help anyone in the store.. I would suggest a different location.

So, I went in to get a salad and the person who attended me, didn't ask me how it was going and just asked what can I get you, with a not so happy attitude. I told her I'm going to do a salad with spinach. One thing that I did not like was the way she was cutting the meat up, she kept ripping the paper and some paper got stuck to the meat and she put the meat in the bowl with the little bit of paper and didn't even try to cut the meat in a more better manner. She didn't ask if I wanted a drink or anything else. And when I was getting ready to pay for my food, she slightly pushed the bag towards me, and didn't even tell me how much the food was, when I paid I waited for her to tell me if I would like my receipt and she looked like she was going to throw it away and that's when she asked if I would like my receipt. I will not stop at this subway again. Better customer service needs to be provided here.

I ordered a #10 that includes lettuce and tomato and I got neither. ?...I picked up this sandwich on my way to blackfoot got on the highway opened noticed the lettuce and tomato missing so I called and they asked me to return the sandwich so it could be made properly but I was on a time crunch and couldn't turn around so I gave them my name and went in the next day so the sandwich could be replaced and made properly but they wanted me to pay for replacement sandwich....?

We did an online order... Everything was fine tell we got our sandwiches back to our house.... I had a ham sandwich, it had 3 olives, 2 pieces of onion, a few strips of lettuce and a dot of mustard and a dot of mayo. My wife ordered a veggie sandwich with everything on it. I spent my whole lunch break in the drive thru. They toasted my sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted, can’t wait for them to re make it. Current staff can’t handle lunch rush. I would have turned around but your drive thru doesn’t allow you change your mind. Won’t come back here.

Ordered an Italian BMT, got home and found out my order was three pieces of salami, two triangles and Swiss cheese in a piece of bread that looked like it had been strangled. Amazing apathy on the part of my sandwich artist.

Young man who worked the drive-thru was very friendly, professional, conscientious and accurate in terms of getting my order right. Props to him. This Subway sadly was VERY skimpy on the sandwich ingredients with FAR less amounts of meat & cheese than ever

Usually have good experiences at Subway but not this time. There were 4 employees working and my party and I were waiting at the order counter for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped with employees just hanging around in the back and then two people making about 4 orders of drive thru sandwiches while we were just standing there. All employees had air pods in at least one ear, one employee checked her phone from her back pocket in the middle of putting vegetables on my sandwhich. All the employees seemed young and had a lack of training. I understand the attitude working a job that you don’t really care about, but everything was just sloppy. Building was dirty, sandwhiches were messy and the attitude was dirty.
