Randy and Mike were great to work with when we were buying our fifth wheel. Very informative and helpful, but didn’t feel like we were pressured at all either. The tech also did a great job with our walk through and went above and beyond with a couple of small little fixes our rv needed.

Smith RV is the best. I’ve purchased several different campers over the years from different dealerships and Smith was by far the best. Jessica was our sales rep and Corwin our service tech. Excellent job and costumer service. Thank you. We will be back and use you guys for our service needs!!!

Super friendly people throughout from parts ,service, sales and finance. My husband and I recently purchased a new RV and felt like we were not pushed into something we didn't need. Our salesman Wade was very helpful through the whole process. Would recommend over and over again.

Our 2006 5th wheel still provides my wife Margaret and I with great travel and camping experiences. Unfortunately, the manufacturer and dealer are both out of business! A neighbor recommended Smith RV for our service needs and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment I stepped in the front door, I sensed a devoted, knowledgeable employee base that places their customers first! All of the service providers are friendly and helpful, one particularly service tech, Layne is amazing!We highly recommend Smith’s RV parts and service departments!

Jessica assisted me an my wife in looking for something comfortable for us as I'm big an needed extra space. We were able to have a great time doing it an when it came time they didn't push us to sign any papers until we were 100% comfortable with our trailer/payments and everything. DJ went through all paper work with us making sure we understood everything an all in all everyone was super friendly. It was fantastic bonding with the Smith RV family an at the end of the day we bought our first ever camper a 2022 Aspen trailer. I would definitely recommend them an we will be back I'm sure!!!

What an absolute AMAZING place, with the most AMAZING people!!! Jessica is so sweet and very good at her job!!! She made our buying experience go so smooth and such a great experience!!! Mike was also very helpful and knowledgeable about everything for our walk around and through our new camper!!! He was very nice and answered all of our questions pertaining to his job!!! I would recommend them 100% to anyone!!! It’s good to see a company that still cares about their customers!!!

We came to Smith RV due to our camper being damaged after an incident. The service department was great. We worked with Eric Gibson. He was so helpful in getting the parts to get the repairs done and working with the insurance co. The service tech, Mike was also great. They kept our camper plugged in so all of our stuff in the refrigerator would stay frozen. They were able to get us back on the road within several days. They really are a top notch RV dealer and we can't thank them enough for their help!

We recently purchased a new fifth wheel our salesman Randy was awesome. The general manager, Brandi Dunn was great in helping us make the deal. We found a few minor issues during the walk-through. They pulled the trailer up immediately had four guys working on three issues and the fixed them very quickly. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the service and help that we got throughout the whole store highly recommend

I took my travel trailer to this shop for warranty and insurance repair in October 2022 and did not get it back until February 2023. While in for repairs, I had to argue with the tech lead, Louise, speak with a store manager, and write for them the correct wording in order for the RV manufacturer to approve the repair claim to replace the black tank that was leaking. Upon receipt of my trailer, the batteries were dead and I couldn’t even hitch it to my truck. The door wouldn’t shut either, because someone had obviously pried open the door jam. Several of the repairs that they claimed for payment with the manufacturer were never even completed. I had to speak again with the store manager to have some of the repairs actually completed. After receiving the trailer the second time, there was a dent on the rear corner that was not there when I dropped it off. This company has made fraudulent claims to the manufacturer to get reimbursed for repairs that are questionable at best or blatantly incomplete. The service department lead, does everything possible to question, avoid, or simply ignore issues that need repair because it’s too inconvenient. I would HIGHLY suggest that you take your rig to another place for service, unless you want to get it back in worse condition than when you took it in.Update 5/1/23: They also replaced an axle and the bolts weren’t tightened, causing the leaf spring to come loose while we were on the road endangering my family. When we had it fixed, the bolt on the other side was loose too. The tech just twisted it off by hand.

I had the opportunity to work with Jess at Smith RV. She was fantastic, she answered every question we had, was extremely positive, she stuck with us from start to finish, the best part was I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy. They have a great team there at smiths. Very happy with everything.

From the sales guy Wade Mohler to the paperwork with Shawn Good and the walk through with Corwin, and the parts guys who so graciously answered all my questions and hooked me up with everything I needed. These guys are top notch. If your thinking of buying a camper, I highly recommend them and Smith RV. I have dealt with other RV places, and I will never go back to anyone but Smith RV.
