Stacie and her service team exceeded my expectations. I took my car in for a noise and was disappointed it was still there after I got it back. Stacie insured me that they were determined to find out the root cause of the issue. They made sure I wasn't without a car during the time being. It took some some time but they fixed it and got me back into my car. I recommend Smith Honda to my friends and family because I know they will take care of you without making you feel like a problem customer.

My son bought a vehicle from them and in less than a month the check engine light started to come on and we’re having to take it in for repairs. Do not buy a used vehicles from these guys they are either not doing thorough evaluations prior to putting them on the lot or they are they are taking advantage of you.

We've had one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Gavin James was the sales person that helped us, he answered all of our questions, he knew all of the specs of the vehicles we looked at which was so helpful. In fact, we were not going to buy a car that day however we felt that Gavin was completely honest with us and found us the best car that fit our needs. He was very mindful of our budget and showed us vehicles that we could afford, no high pressure sales tactics.
