Well I brought my truck in for warranty service due to an oil leak after my first oil change with you. There were a few obstacles in getting the warranty work done but in the end it was taken care of. But upon picking up my vehicle I noticed a scratch running down my passenger rear fender and a small ding/scratch on my rear passenger door. I've very hesitant to bring my vehicles back to this dealership in the future

I was able to get into the service department at Smith Chevrolet quickly and got an issue diagnosed on the spot and taken care of. Everyone I saw was very courteous and efficient. Great experience.

Kayla was amazing! I drove in from a different state and they had the deal worked up before I came down. Everyone was ready for me when I got there. It was quick and painless. Finance explained everything in a lot of detail. Kayla new everything about the car, is very responsive and know how to make you feel special when you’re there.

Kayla was a stud and knew everything there was to know about the truck we purchased and took the time to show me around the dealership and the truck and explained everything thoroughly and even brought me a cheeseburger! Jeremy explained all the warranty options and was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all it was the best dealership experience I have had truthfully.

Had a fantastic experience here. After visiting a dealership in Blackfoot and having a terrible experience, it was nice coming to a dealership that was so professional. Prompt and courteous service, fair pricing and a fantastic sales crew.

Listen, I understand mistakes happen, but huge miscommunications like the one that happened with my vehicle should not. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment, just of them to not do 90% of the diagnostics I needed done on my Trax. When I dropped off the car, I listed off a bunch of things that were acting up/not working on it. 6 things in total. What should have taken half a day- according to them - took over a day, which I understood- thinking at that time that they were covering all their bases with the update and all listed issues. A bit after I got the car back, it started doing it again. I called back, and was told Taylor would be calling me back. About a week and a half later, still no call. I called back today, come to find out, ONLY ONE of the issues I had mentioned to the guy at the counter at drop-off was looked into.So, first, no call back. Second, the job wasn't even done properly. Is this Smith Chevy's standard of care to customers? I've made appointment with Tadd Jenkins now, and I will be having them check to see if the radio update was even done because it's STILL doing the same thing & there's no way I would trust the work done, or lack thereof, by Smith Chevrolet's Service Department. I highly recommend if you've had to take in your car, make sure it's actually been done. Ridiculous.

Just bought a used truck and it couldn't have been a better experience! Salesman Cody was awesome! He answered all my questions honestly and was quick to return messages. Finance manager Mike was also incredible, told him exactly what I wanted and what I did not and he delivered to a tee! I made the deal over the phone a week prior to showing up at the dealership and they didn't try to hide anything or up sell anything either. I test drove the vehicle and did a walk around and everything Cody described was correct. Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I'm 50 so I've dealt with plenty over the years and Smith is the top of my list to purchase from again! Thank you Smith Chevrolet!

Al was awesome. Great customer service. Kept us updated while we waited for our new truck. We appreciated that he actually walked us through everything with the truck - settings, gadgets, etc. We've had a previous opposite experience with a different chevy dealer. We will definitely be back to work with Al on our next purchase.

Couldn't get truck to duplicate the problem, so I took the truck back and went on my annual horse trip trying to get the truck to throw an engine code. The truck performed flawlessly even pulling 3 horses. Though they didn't really fix anything, they were just as concerned because all of the problems we encountered the first week of ownership.

Smith Chevrolet was the least motivated and unprofessional place to make a sale I have ever encountered. I contacted them about a vehicle that I wanted to see more photos for as there was only one on the listing. The guy I spoke with never sent me photos and only wanted to try and push a sale. I had to contact another salesman to get photos and was told that the rust present was "normal and expected" on a 4 year old vehicle. It appears to me they are a bunch of dishonest people that try and sell junk and refuse to send photos and push the sale anyway to try and hide problems and deceive people. Looks at the other negative reviews. John Lake, the business manager, contacted me after a few days of radio silence and was threatening me when I expressed dissatisfaction with his employees. All the way up to management this place is a joke. I will not ever be buying from Smith Chevrolet and I will do all that I can to steer anyone I know away from them as well.

Sales person was Cody Byington. He was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, even when I had questions about vehicles at other dealerships. His knowledge of the trucks and his delivery process was very good, as well as his willingness and timeliness in answering questions after I left the dealership. Mike was very thorough on paperwork. His explanation of costs, add-on items, and extended warranty options was top notch. I sell semis for Freightliner so I'm very familiar with the sales process and these two are very good at the process. Well done Cody and Mike.
