Called ahead to get price of propane and would not give it. Once we arrived in person by 3pm no one was there to refill.

My boyfriend grabbed a can of chew here the other night. When he got to his car and opened it, it was completely dried up. He realized it was expired by 3 months, so he brought it back in. The cashier refused to exchange or refund it because “the business wouldn’t make money on it.” I’m sorry, you’re going to sell something expired to your customer and then refuse to exchange or refund it because YOU don’t want to lose money? Terribly poor business model. We’re in Idaho Falls quite often, but we will absolutely not be back to this location. If you sell something that has expired, YOU should take the loss, not your customer.

After calling a few times and finally getting someone to answer. Some guy answered and I asked how much they charged for propane. He said they can not give prices over the phone and immediately hung up on me.

I was looking for easy-off, easy-on gas. The cashier was super-friendly, and while there I overheard an exchange by another staffer helping a guy fill his propane tank. She was fast and practiced, but took a minute to offer him some advice on propane tank storage and care. Totally outside what you'd expect just getting a propane refill. I was impressed. Whoever manages that gas station seems to be hiring great people!

Old and a bit run down. The parking lot could be redone. Right next to the Hwy on ramp and the only gas in the immediate area. The fountain machine seems like it could be recalibrated.

Came here at 9:55 PM and had like 1 mile of gas left. Didn’t have my wallet so I was going to pay cash. Although they say they’re open until 11 the door was locked but there was a guy working inside. I knocked on the door but he ignored me and so I had to knock four more times over the course of 20 minutes till he finally came to the door because I didn’t think I could go anywhere else without running out of gas. I told him my situation but he said there is nothing he could do. He gave me some directions after to another gas station I could make it to so that was helpful at least. But the hours were off on google, refused to help, and ignored me for forever.

had to take a s*** before continuing our drive to Salt Lake. bathroom was cold and there was no hand soap. one star.

I have ALS and I’m very limited in what I’m able to physically do. This Sinclair is where I get my very large propane tank refilled. I use it to heat my garage while I’m out there in the winter. I always receive prompt and courteous service without having to try and walk into the store.
