They are garbage since taking over for CTC, however, the install tech and tech support guys are rock stars.

Not reliable for business. Will not hold up their end of their contract. The business account manager who set me up will only be there for the sale but never respond when you need help or change.

Had it installed hrs ago and it's already went out!!!!! Not sure if these guys are just as bad as sparklight is!!!!!! It's in this complex now so I'm stuck with them. Just have to wait to see how often the internet will go out.

The service team showed up on time. Their work was quick and clean. They walked me through the information and answered all my questions. The app makes it easy to control devices connected to the internet.

We just needed an adjustment with our. automatic feature on our system at work. I shot an email request out and received a return call and resolution to our request rather immediately. Great service.
