“The staff here is always so kind and helpful. I have a mail box here and everytime that I call in they are happy to check if I have anything there. I have no complaints about this place and only good things to say about them.”
“Shipping and dealing with returns are usually such a hassle, especially with a store that handles the amount of volume that this location does. Despite all the challenges, this team moves like a well oiled machine. Especially Christal their supervisor. We were lucky enough to have her deal with our return. We had trouble with shipping labels for our two large boxes. Most associates would have sent us on our way to figure it out on our own. She helped us get on the phone with the right people from Amazon and had us out of there in no time! Can not recommend this location and their leadership more!”
“I am a Sunday school teacher. If you need any craft supplies, shipping, printing, copying, or a computer time, this is the place to go. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive. The prices are very reasonable making this an outstanding value.”
“Fast friendly service. Wish they had longer hours though. 8-6 would be nice. Even if packages don't go out that day after 5, being able to drop off after work would be nice”
“They are so wonderful and dedicated to getting you what you need. I worked with a young gentleman and he made sure to personally look into my situation for several days. Yes the building is old and they don’t have a lot of staff, but they will do what is in their range of power to help.”
