Manager is not professional at all, he is rude and has a bad attitude. He needs training in customer service. I will never go back. I hope the owner reads this.

they are a rip off charged me; customers service is out the window, wont be back, had my oil changed they did nit replace my filter or taped of my washer fluids!

Okay, so I've read the previous reviews, and I don't know what changed up... but ... I have been to this location three times in the past four months with two vehicles, and every time I have had OUTSTANDING service and results!! Manager/Supv "Derrick" is the most professional, capable Jiffy Lube employee I have ever seen, over many years and multiple states. I appreciate that his crew is well trained, courteous and also quite capable. Time in & out, although 4 customers were in front of me, was under 30 mins. All crew were efficient and focused. Today "Derrick" was off, and I was expecting less... but NO! Don't let tech "COY" fool you with his quiet disposition. This young man was on top of taking care of me. He answered many questions well, was informative, thorough and was as a seasoned, pleasant PRO! I had sworn off Jiffy Lube, but this team changed my mind. To top it off, I got a free carwash right next store. 5 stars.

I wouldn't ever bring your card to Jiffy lube on Sunnyside and hit their car wash garage door rip my antenna off my truck and the owner Dave refuses to pay a penny to fix my car and even told me it was my wife's fault and that she should pay for his garage door to be fixed even though the truck clearly cleared the 7 foot Clarence sign when we pulled in.just a warning to all that bring your vehicles to this location and the one on Broadway both owned by Dave

I love the post office here. The staff is always helpful an caring. The location is super convenient and the store itself is always very clean.

Had oil changed here and got home and oil was pouring all over my driveway. They did not tighten the oil filter enough and to make matters worse I was able loosen the drain plug with my bare fingers. Do not take your vehicles to this place!

This place is definitely bait and switch. I called in concerned about pricing because I could only afford so much at the time, when I got there the price was double what I was quoted. They asked all sorts of strange questions when all I wanted was a basic oil change, recommending all kinds of parts and services I did not want nor need, using lots of technical jargon that they know the average everyday person does not know, just to make it seem that their recommendations were necessary. When asked to explain further about why they were recommending certain services, they could not explain in simple terms. Definitely felt like this place was trying to rip me off. In particular, one of the men working here was rude and condescending, especially once he realized he was not going to be able to upsell me. Should have paid attention to the reviews rather than giving them the benefit of the doubt. Do not recommend, plain and simple.

The service was good, the guy at the desk , not so good. A real attitude. When I said I'd rather go somewhere else where the customer service was a little better he said my oil had already been drained and I was stuck. Although very convenient, I'll be driving farther to avoid this place. Another issue - he claimed I had three services 'in the red' which needed to be addressed. Given my trust level was low I opted to have someone else look at the issues. On my page long invoice zero mention of the issues. Another indicator that this facility cares little about the customer.
