I live down the street from here. The pumps never work right. And when you go in to ask for help they refuse to work with you on fixing the problem.I given the place plenty of chances and I’m done giving this place second chances.

The good 2 go located on 125 S 25th E Hitt road, customer service is horrible! 30 min until closing and I got denied to buy lottery. This has happened a few times from the same employee!

I normally don't do this. Actually I never have. I love this store the current employees that work there are some of the nicest most friendly people I have seen. My complaint however is about the big guy who works the day shift. The majority of the time when I go in he acts annoyed, unfriendly, And not wanting to move off his chair to grab a tobacoo product. When you do ask he will even roll his eyes and sigh about it. Which makes you feel weird about asking to buy a product

A couple of their employees are horrible with customer service and their manager makes me uncomfortable. They are rude and tried to grab my husband's cup out of his hand because it wasn't a new cup. All the good employees of the past have been chased off by a horrible work environment. Locals should avoid this place.
